Elk Hill engaged The Monument Group to guide its successful $7 million capital campaign to expand its program support and endowment.
Since 1999, Family Lifeline has engaged The Monument Group to guide and support its fund development department in increasing annual support.
The Monument Group provides ongoing coaching to Housing Opportunities Made Equal, Inc. or HOME for its annual fund.
The Monument Group worked with Sportable on building their internal fundraising capacity with a comprehensive development plan.
The Monument Group has worked with Virginia Supportive Housing in Richmond, Charlottesville, and Hampton Roads to secure over $10 million in funding to provide affordable housing with personalized case management services. In addition, we assisted Virginia Supportive Housing in providing strategic communications efforts.
The Monument Group has managed worked with YWCA Richmond to manage two capital campaigns. A $4.5 million effort in 2000 and the current $8.5 million Empower and Transform Campaign. Both efforts included feasibility studies and campaign management.
