The Monument Group was engaged by ChildSavers to conduct a campaign feasibility study and then to assist in managing the ChildSavers 100 Campaign. The $14 million comprehensive campaign focused on enlarging the endowment, supporting capital and technology projects, and expanding behavioral health programing for children.
The Monument Group has provided fundraising and management consulting services as Gateway has quadrupled in size.
The Monument Group worked with Ronald McDonald House Charities to help them define a culture of philanthropy by implementing a Donor Journey mapping process, and then worked with staff to redefine roles based on this new model.
The Monument Group managed the capital campaign that brought The Healing Place to Richmond in 2005. In 2012, The Healing Place became a program of CARITAS and in 2020 expanded to add services for women.
The Monument Group assisted VCU Health with strategy to secure public and private funding to design and construct the Virginia Treatment Center for Children.
