Since 2000, The Monument Group has worked alongside the American Civil War Center on multiple capital campaigns, annual fund development support, and in 2013, with the merger of the Center with Museum of the Confederacy to create the American Civil War Museum.
The Branch Museum engaged The Monument Group to advise on board development, fundraising and messaging, as it repositions its museum operations and its management of the historic Branch House. Previously, we worked with staff and board on long term planning and visioning.
The Monument Group worked with Children’s Museum of Richmond volunteers and staff through customized training to enhance their development structure for maximum fundraising success.
